We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee the availability of your preferred vehicle. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests (minimum 2 hours before pickup).

You can modify or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Simply contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp. For late cancellations, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Yes, you can absolutely book a ride for a third party (colleague, friend, client). Simply provide the passenger's name and phone number when making the reservation.

Yes, we provide baby seats, booster seats, and child seats free of charge upon prior request. Please specify the child's age, height, and weight when making your reservation.

Small animals in transport cages are generally accepted at no extra charge. For larger animals, please consult with us in advance so we can arrange the appropriate vehicle and provisions.

Our Mercedes V-Class can comfortably accommodate up to 7 passengers with their luggage. The vehicle has ample luggage space and can transport suitcases, skis, snowboards, and sports equipment.

Yes, our chauffeurs are trilingual and speak French, English, and Arabic fluently. This ensures smooth communication and personalized service in your preferred language.

Yes, all our vehicles are equipped with free WiFi and we provide fresh water. For long-distance trips, we can arrange additional refreshments upon request.

For direct transfers, a short stop (gas station, pharmacy) can be included. For hourly or daily rentals, you have complete flexibility to modify the itinerary and make as many stops as desired.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT, as well as bank transfers for businesses. Payment can be made online or in the vehicle.

At LIMOKAR, transparency is total: our prices are ALWAYS fixed and agreed in advance when booking. No surcharge will be requested in case of traffic jams, detours, or delays.

Gratuity is never mandatory at LIMOKAR. Our rates already include all fees. If you wish to reward your driver for exceptional service, it is of course appreciated but entirely at your discretion.

Yes, we systematically send a detailed invoice by email after each trip. For corporate accounts, we also offer consolidated monthly invoicing and negotiated rates.

Yes absolutely! We track all flights in real-time using your flight number. Your driver will automatically adjust to the actual arrival time, with no extra charge for reasonable flight delays (up to 2 hours).

Your driver will wait for you in the arrivals hall after customs and baggage claim, holding a tablet or sign with your name. They will then help you with your luggage to the vehicle parked nearby.

We recommend departing 2h30 before an international flight and 1h45 before a European/domestic flight. For early morning departures or peak periods, we will advise you on the best departure time.

Yes! We provide transfers to/from Geneva Airport (GVA), Zurich (ZRH), Lyon (LYS), Annecy, and all airports in French-speaking Switzerland. Fixed rates communicated at booking.
