1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between LIMOKAR and its clients regarding private chauffeur transport services.
2. Services
LIMOKAR offers private chauffeur transport services in the following categories:
- Airport transfers (Geneva-Cointrin GVA)
- Local and regional trips (French-speaking Switzerland)
- Transfers to ski resorts
- Business and event transport
- On-demand services
3. Booking
3.1 Booking methods: Bookings can be made by phone (+41 76 650 72 36), email (contact@limokar.ch), WhatsApp, or via the online form.
3.2 Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed in writing (email or SMS) including trip details, price, and conditions.
3.3 Booking lead time: It is recommended to book at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute bookings are accepted subject to availability.
4. Rates and Payment
4.1 Pricing: Prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include all costs (fuel, tolls, parking, VAT).
4.2 Quote: A detailed quote is provided before any booking confirmation.
4.3 Accepted payment methods:
- Cash (CHF, EUR)
- Credit card
- Bank transfer
- Secure online payment
4.4 Invoicing: An invoice is provided to the client after each service.
5. Modification and Cancellation
5.1 Modification: Any booking modification must be reported at least 12 hours in advance.
5.2 Free cancellation: Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
5.3 Late cancellation: Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure will incur a 50% charge of the trip amount.
5.4 No-show: If the client is absent without notice, the full amount will be charged.
6. Flight Delays
For airport transfers, LIMOKAR tracks flights in real-time. No additional charges apply in case of flight delays. The driver will wait free of charge for up to 60 minutes after actual landing.
7. Client Obligations
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information (address, flight number, number of passengers)
- Be present at the meeting point at the agreed time
- Respect the vehicle and driver
- Report any oversized or non-standard luggage when booking
- Not transport dangerous or prohibited materials
8. LIMOKAR's Liability
8.1 Punctuality: LIMOKAR commits to respecting agreed schedules.
8.2 Vehicles: Vehicles are regularly maintained and comply with Swiss standards.
8.3 Insurance: LIMOKAR has all mandatory insurance (liability, passengers, vehicle).
8.4 Limitation of liability: LIMOKAR's liability is limited to direct damages and cannot exceed the service amount.
9. Luggage and Personal Items
The client is responsible for their luggage and personal items. LIMOKAR disclaims all liability in case of loss, theft, or damage, except proven driver fault.
10. Force Majeure
LIMOKAR cannot be held responsible for non-performance of its obligations in case of force majeure (extreme weather conditions, strikes, accidents, road closures, etc.).
11. Personal Data
Personal data collected is used solely for booking management and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Complaints
All complaints must be sent in writing to contact@limokar.ch within 7 days of the service. LIMOKAR commits to responding within 48 business hours.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by Swiss law. In case of dispute, the parties will strive to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Geneva shall have sole jurisdiction.
14. Acceptance of GTC
Confirming a booking constitutes unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
